Garrick J. Rochow is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of both CMS Energy Corporation and Consumers Energy Company, positions he has held since December 2020. He also served as Chairman of the Board, CEO, and Director of NorthStar Clean Energy from December 2020 until July 2025.
Rochow is qualified to serve on the Board based on his more than 25 years of experience and knowledge gained in the utility industry, including more than 20 years with CMS Energy and Consumers Energy, where he previously held the role of Executive Vice President and other leadership roles. The Board also benefits from his prior leadership roles within the Corporation.
