John G. Sznewajs is a Partner on the Industrial Platform at Shore Capital, a private equity fund, a position he has held since 2023. He has been a director of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy since 2015.
Sznewajs previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Masco Corporation, a branded building products company, from 2007 to 2023, and earlier served as Masco's Treasurer. He has more than 25 years of experience in business and corporate development, and his extensive background and knowledge in financial matters, previous oversight of information technology, and in-depth experience in enterprise-wide strategy qualify him to serve on the Board.
