Shaun M. Johnson is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy, a position he has held since July 2025. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy from May 2019 to July 2025.
