Education: two Bachelor's degrees (Science and Management; Business Administration) and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from National Louis University. She joined BorgWarner in 2020 and led the Delphi Technologies integration. With more than 25 years of HR Business Partner experience spanning steel, robotics, industrial automation, smart technologies, and electronic manufacturing, she held leadership roles at ABB AG and Robert Bosch GmbH across North America, Europe, and Asia. At ABB she was Global Vice President of Human Resources for the Low Voltage, Smart Buildings, and Smart Charging unit.
