Christopher Gustanski has served as PHINIA's Vice President, Operational Excellence since the July 2023 spin-off from BorgWarner.
Before the spin-off, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing Strategy and Quality at BorgWarner from 2020 to July 2023, and as Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering, Powertrain Products and Corporate Manufacturing Engineering, Lean, and Footprint Planning at Delphi Technologies from 2019 to 2020.
