D'aun Norman is an independent director of PHINIA and chairs the Audit Committee. She holds a B.S. from Bowling Green State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and an NACD Certified Director, holds the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute, and completed the EY Executive Education Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
She served as an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young LLP from 1988 to 2019, where for over 16 years she specialized in advising publicly traded global transportation suppliers and other industrials companies, providing assurance and advisory services to large multinational transportation and industrial companies. She brings significant financial reporting, accounting and controls, business analysis, risk management, and regulatory expertise to the Board.
