John Lipinski has served as PHINIA's Vice President and General Manager, Fuel Systems Europe since the July 2023 spin-off from BorgWarner.
Before the spin-off, he served at BorgWarner as Vice President of Global Manufacturing Engineering for PowerDrive Systems from 2022 to July 2023, and as Senior Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering and Operations for PowerDrive Systems from 2020 to 2022. Earlier he served as Global Operations Senior Director at Delphi Technologies from 2019 to 2020.
