Angel Shelton Willis has served as Executive Vice President, Global General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Officer of The Kraft Heinz Company, a global food and beverage producer, since November 2024. She is responsible for leading the Global Legal and Corporate Affairs teams, which include Ethics & Compliance, Government Affairs, Regulatory and Communications.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Ms. Willis served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sealed Air Corporation from 2019 to 2024. Prior to Sealed Air, she spent 14 years at Ingersoll Rand Company (now Trane Technologies) in several leadership roles from 2005 to 2019, including as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, M&A and General Counsel, Trane Commercial. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, she was Corporate Counsel at Cummins, Inc., from 2002 to 2005, and began her legal career as an Associate at Ice Miller from 1996 to 2002. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and economics and an MBA from Clemson University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
