Dr. C.C. Wei is TSMC's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He served as CEO and Vice Chairman from June 2018 to June 2024, and as President and Co-CEO from November 2013 to June 2018, after roles including Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer and multiple Senior Vice President positions. Before joining TSMC in 1998 he was Senior Vice President of Technology at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing in Singapore and a senior manager at STMicroelectronics; he holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Yale University.

Dr. F.C. Tseng was TSMC's Vice Chairman from July 2005 to June 2018 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer from August 2001 to June 2005, and earlier served as the company's President from May 1998 to August 2001. He is currently Chairman of TSMC China Co., Ltd. and Global Unichip Corp. and Vice Chairman of Vanguard International Semiconductor, and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from National Cheng-Kung University with more than 50 years in the semiconductor industry.

Dr. Chun-Hsien Yeh was appointed to TSMC's board effective September 1, 2025 as the representative of the National Development Fund, replacing Mr. Chin-Ching Liu. He serves as a Minister without Portfolio in the Executive Yuan, Minister of the National Development Council and Convener of the NDF Management Committee, and is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics, Academia Sinica; he holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Rochester.

Sir Peter L. Bonfield was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee of British Telecommunications from January 1996 to January 2002. He has also chaired NXP Semiconductor N.V. and GlobalLogic Inc. and served on the boards of Sony Corp., L.M. Ericsson and AstraZeneca; he is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and holds an engineering degree and honorary doctorate from Loughborough University.

Mr. Michael R. Splinter served as Chief Executive Officer of Applied Materials from 2003 to 2012 and as its Chairman from 2009 until retiring in June 2015, after executive roles at Intel Corp. including Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He currently serves as lead independent director of NASDAQ, Inc. and as an independent director of Tigo Energy and Kioxia Holdings, and holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mr. Moshe N. Gavrielov was President and CEO of Xilinx, Inc. from January 2008 to January 2018 and previously held senior roles at Cadence Design Systems, Verisity, Ltd. and LSI Logic Corp. He currently chairs SiMa Technologies and Foretellix and serves as an independent director of NXP Semiconductors and Cadence Design Systems; he holds degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. L. Rafael Reif is President Emeritus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he served as President from 2012 to 2022 and previously as Provost and head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is an elected member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering, co-chairs the Growth Technical Advisory Board of Applied Materials, and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Ms. Ursula M. Burns was Chairwoman (2010-2017) and Chief Executive Officer (2009-2016) of Xerox Corporation and later Chairwoman and CEO of VEON Ltd. from 2018 to 2020. She has served on the boards of American Express, ExxonMobil, Uber Technologies and Nestle, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University and Columbia University.

Ms. Lynn L. Elsenhans was Chairwoman and CEO of Sunoco, Inc. and Sunoco Logistics Partners from 2008 to 2012, after a long career at Royal Dutch Shell that included roles as Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing and President and CEO of Shell Oil Products US. She currently serves as an independent director of Saudi Arabian Oil Co. and previously of Baker Hughes, and holds a degree in applied mathematics from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Dr. Chuan Lin has extensive public-service and academic experience, having served as Premier and Minister of Finance of the R.O.C. Executive Yuan and as Minister of the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics. He formerly chaired Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. and currently chairs TTY Biopharm Company Ltd. and TSH Biopharm Corporation, and holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Y.P. Chyn is TSMC's Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. He was Senior Vice President of Operations and Overseas Operations Office from May 2020 to February 2024 and had been promoted to Senior Vice President in November 2016, after holding Vice President and Senior Director roles across operations, advanced technology business and product engineering. He joined TSMC in 1987 and holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University.

Dr. Y.J. Mii is TSMC's Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. He was Senior Vice President of Research & Development from November 2016 to February 2024, having been promoted to Senior Vice President that year, and earlier served as Vice President of R&D and Senior Director of the Platform I Division. He joined TSMC in 1994, has worked continuously on advanced CMOS technologies, and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Cliff Hou is TSMC's Senior Vice President, Deputy Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. He previously led Europe & Asia Sales and Research & Development/Corporate Research and was promoted to Senior Vice President in May 2020, after establishing the company's technology design kit and reference flow development organizations. He joined TSMC in 1997, currently chairs the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association, and holds a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Syracuse University.

Dr. Kevin Zhang is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Business Development and Global Sales and Deputy Co-Chief Operating Officer, promoted to Senior Vice President in August 2020. He joined TSMC in November 2016 as Vice President of Research & Development/Design and Technology Platform, having previously been a Vice President of Circuit Technology in Intel's Technology and Manufacturing Group; he holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Duke University.

Lora Ho served as TSMC's Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy Development from July 2025 and as ESG Committee Chairwoman from 2011 until her retirement on April 4, 2026. She was the company's long-time Chief Financial Officer and Spokesperson, promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance in August 2010, and earlier was Vice President of Finance and CFO at Acer Semiconductor Manufacturing; she holds an MBA from National Taiwan University.

Sylvia Fang is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Legal and General Counsel/Corporate Governance Officer, promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2024 after a decade as Vice President of Legal and General Counsel. She joined TSMC in 1995, holds a master's degree in comparative law from the University of Iowa, and is licensed to practice law in Taiwan.

Wendell Huang is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer/Spokesperson, promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2024 after serving as CFO and Spokesperson from September 2019. Before joining TSMC in 1999 he was Vice President of Corporate Finance at ING Barings, and he holds an MBA from Cornell University.

Dr. Y.L. Wang is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Operations/Fab Operations I, promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2026. He was Vice President of Operations/Fab Operations I from May 2020 and concurrently CEO of TSMC Arizona from April 2023 to September 2025; he joined TSMC in 1992 and holds a Ph.D. in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University.

Dr. T.S. Chang is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Operations/Advanced Technology and Mask Engineering and a TSMC Senior Fellow, promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2026. Recognized as a TSMC Fellow since February 2013 and a TSMC Senior Fellow since June 2025, he joined the company in 1995 and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University.

Dr. Michael Wu is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Research & Development/Platform Technology, promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2026 after serving as Vice President of R&D/Platform Technology and Platform Development. He joined TSMC in 1996, participated in advanced CMOS technology development, and holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Geoffrey Yeap is TSMC's Senior Vice President of Research & Development/Platform Technology, promoted to Senior Vice President in February 2026. Before joining TSMC in March 2016 he was Vice President of Engineering, Silicon Technology at Qualcomm; he holds a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas-Austin.

Dr. Min Cao is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Pathfinding and Corporate Research, promoted to Vice President in February 2018. He joined TSMC in 2002, participated in the development of multiple generations of advanced CMOS technology, and holds a Ph.D. in physics from Stanford University.

Y.H. Liaw is TSMC's Vice President of Operations/Fab Operations II and CEO of JASM, the company's manufacturing venture in Japan. He joined TSMC in 1988, held various positions in manufacturing functions, and holds an M.S. degree in chemical engineering from National Tsing Hua University.

Dr. Simon Jang is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Advanced Tool and Module Development, promoted to Vice President in August 2019. He joined TSMC in 1993, held various research and development positions, and holds a Ph.D. in materials science & engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. C.S. Yoo is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Specialty. He joined TSMC in 1988 and held roles including Senior Director of the Office of Strategic Customer Program and Senior Director of the E-Beam Operation Division; he holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Jun He is TSMC's Vice President of Operations/Advanced Packaging Technology and Service, promoted to Vice President in November 2020. Before joining TSMC in May 2017 he was a Senior Director of Quality and Reliability in Intel's Technology and Manufacturing Group; he holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Dr. Chris Horng-Dar Lin is TSMC's Vice President of Corporate Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, promoted to Vice President in February 2021. Before joining TSMC in January 2021 he was Vice President of Information Technology at Mozilla; he holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jonathan Lee is TSMC's Vice President of the Corporate Planning Organization, promoted to Vice President in June 2021 after serving as Senior Director of the Strategic Planning Division from February 2012. Before joining TSMC in 2007 he was President of Biomorphic Microsystems; he holds a master's degree in accounting from CUNY-Baruch College.

Dr. Arthur Chuang is TSMC's Vice President of Operations/Facility, promoted to Vice President in August 2021 after serving as Senior Director of the Operations/Facility Division from January 2015. Before joining TSMC in 1989 he was an engineer at Texas Instruments; he holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from National Taiwan University.

Dr. L.C. Lu is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Design & Technology Platform and a TSMC Senior Fellow, promoted to Vice President in August 2021. Recognized as a TSMC Fellow since April 2012 and a TSMC Senior Fellow since June 2025, he joined the company in 2000 after serving as Director of the Software Division at Avant! and holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Yale University.

K.C. Hsu is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Integrated Interconnect & Packaging, promoted to Vice President in November 2021. Before joining TSMC that month he was Chairman, Taiwan at Micron Technology, Inc.; he holds an M.S. degree in Management of Technology from National Chiao Tung University.

Ray Chuang is TSMC's Vice President of Operations/Fab Operations I and CEO of TSMC Arizona, a role he assumed effective October 1, 2025. He was CEO of ESMC (TSMC's European venture) from December 2023 to September 2025 and was promoted to Vice President in May 2023; he joined TSMC in 1997 and holds an M.S. degree in Materials Science & Engineering/Engineering Economics System from Stanford University.

P.H. Chen is TSMC's Vice President of Human Resources, promoted to Vice President in February 2025 after serving as Senior Director of the Program Office and Senior Fab Director of Operations/Fab 14A. He joined TSMC in 1990, held a variety of production management positions, and holds an M.S. degree in chemistry from National Sun Yat-sen University.

Y.K. Hwang is TSMC's Vice President of Materials Management, promoted to Vice President in February 2026 after serving as Senior Director of Materials Management and of Quality & Reliability. He joined TSMC in 1995, held a variety of production management positions, and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas-Arlington.

B.Z. Tien is TSMC's Vice President of Operations/Fab 12B, promoted to Vice President in February 2026 after serving as Senior Fab Director of Operations/Fab 12B from January 2022. He joined TSMC in 1998, held a variety of production management positions, and holds an M.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University.

Dr. S.S. Lin is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Platform Technology, promoted to Vice President in February 2026 after several Senior Director roles in R&D platform technology and integration. He joined TSMC in 2000, held various research and development positions, and holds a Ph.D. in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University.

Dr. Lipen Yuan is TSMC's Vice President of Advanced Technology Business Development, promoted to Vice President in February 2026 after serving as Senior Director of Advanced Technology Business Development from January 2022. Before joining TSMC in 2011 he was a Group R&D Director at Synopsys Inc.; he holds a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
