Robyn Denholm has been a Tesla director since 2014 and Chair of the Board since November 2018. She brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership at NYSE- and Nasdaq-listed companies, having served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Telstra and in senior finance and operations roles at Juniper Networks and Sun Microsystems.

Ira Ehrenpreis has been a Tesla director since 2007 and chairs both the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. A venture capitalist since 1996, he is a founder and managing member of the impact-investing firm DBL Partners and previously led the Energy Innovation practice at Technology Partners.

Joe Gebbia has been a Tesla director since 2022 and serves on the Audit Committee. He co-founded Airbnb in 2008 and has served on its board since 2009, later launching the factory-made housing company Samara in 2022.

John R. (Jack) Hartung has been a Tesla director since 2025 and serves on the Audit Committee. He is a senior advisor to Chipotle Mexican Grill, where he most recently served as President and Chief Strategy Officer and earlier as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and previously spent 18 years at McDonald's Corp.

James Murdoch has been a Tesla director since 2017. He is the founder and CEO of Lupa Systems and previously held numerous leadership roles at Twenty-First Century Fox over two decades, including Chief Executive Officer, as well as CEO of Sky plc.

Kimbal Musk has been a Tesla director since 2004. He is co-founder and Executive Chairman of The Kitchen Restaurant Group, Executive Director of the non-profit Big Green, and founder and CEO of Nova Sky Stories, and earlier co-founded Zip2 Corporation.

JB Straubel has been a Tesla director since 2023. A Tesla co-founder, he served as the company's Chief Technology Officer from May 2005 to July 2019, and is the founder and CEO of battery-recycling company Redwood Materials.

Kathleen Wilson-Thompson has been a Tesla director since 2018. She served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance until her retirement in January 2021, and earlier held senior legal and HR roles at The Kellogg Company.

Elon Musk is the Technoking of Tesla and has served as Chief Executive Officer since October 2008 and as a director since 2004. As one of Tesla's founders and its largest shareholder, he guided the company from an early-stage startup, through its 2010 IPO, to becoming one of the most valuable companies in the world. He also serves as CEO, CTO and Chairman of SpaceX and CEO of X.AI Holdings Corp, and is a founder of Neuralink and The Boring Company.

Vaibhav Taneja has served as Tesla's Chief Financial Officer since August 2023, having previously been Chief Accounting Officer since March 2019 and Corporate Controller from May 2018. He joined Tesla through its 2016 acquisition of SolarCity, where he had held various finance and accounting roles, and earlier spent more than fifteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in India and the United States.

Xiaotong (Tom) Zhu has served as a Senior Vice President since April 2023 and as Senior Vice President, APAC and Global Vehicle Manufacturing since June 2025. He joined Tesla in April 2014 and held various operational roles before being appointed Vice President, Greater China, where he led the construction and operations of Gigafactory Shanghai.
