James W. Breyer is a member of Blackstone's Board of Directors, elected effective July 14, 2016, and is Founder and CEO of Breyer Capital, a venture capital firm. He was previously a Partner and Managing Partner at Accel Partners and has served on the boards of companies including Facebook, Walmart, Dell and Twenty-First Century Fox.

Reginald ("Reg") J. Brown is a member of Blackstone's Board of Directors, elected effective September 15, 2020, and is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He previously was a partner at WilmerHale, where he chaired the Financial Institutions Group, and served as associate White House Counsel and special assistant to the President from 2003 to 2005.

Rochelle B. Lazarus is a member of Blackstone's Board of Directors, elected effective July 9, 2013, and is Chairman Emeritus and former Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. She served as Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather from 1997 to June 2012 and has been a director of companies including General Electric and Merck & Co.

William G. Parrett is a member of Blackstone's Board of Directors, elected effective November 9, 2007, and is the retired Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Senior Partner of Deloitte (USA), roles he held until May 31, 2007. At Deloitte he co-founded the Global Financial Services Industry practice and served as its first chairman, and he has since served on boards including Oracle, Eastman Kodak, Thermo Fisher Scientific and UBS AG.

Ruth Porat is a member of Blackstone's Board of Directors and is President & Chief Investment Officer of Alphabet and Google. She joined Google in May 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and previously spent many years at Morgan Stanley, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking.

Stephen A. Schwarzman is Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder of Blackstone, which he co-founded in 1985, and he is a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He has been involved in all phases of Blackstone's development since its founding, overseeing businesses across private equity, real estate, credit, infrastructure and life sciences. He holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jonathan Gray is President & Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone and a member of its Board of Directors. He joined the firm in 1992, went on to lead its Real Estate business, which he built into the largest commercial real estate platform in the world, and was appointed President & COO in 2018. He serves on the firm's Management Committee and investment committees, and is Chairman of Hilton Worldwide.

Michael S. Chae is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone and serves on the firm's Management Committee and investment committees across most of its businesses. He joined Blackstone in 1997 and has held leadership roles including Head of International Private Equity and Head of Private Equity for Asia Pacific. He holds an AB from Harvard College, an MPhil from Cambridge University and a JD from Yale Law School.

John G. Finley is Chief Legal Officer of Blackstone and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He joined Blackstone in 2010, having previously been a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he co-headed the global mergers and acquisitions group.

Vik Sawhney is Chief Administrative Officer and Global Head of Institutional Client Solutions, and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He joined Blackstone in 2007, where he established Blackstone Capital Markets and later served as Chief Operating Officer of the Private Equity group. Before Blackstone he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Christine Anderson is Global Head of Corporate Affairs, overseeing Public Affairs, Marketing and Sustainability, and serves as the firm's primary spokesperson. She joined Blackstone in 2009 after roles including Associate Director of Corporate Communications at UBS AG and communications positions in New York State government and the Clinton White House.

Lionel Assant is a Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Chief Investment Officer, providing firm-level investment oversight across Blackstone's Private Equity complex. He joined Blackstone in 2003 and led its European Private Equity business from 2012 to 2026. Before Blackstone he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs.

Joseph Baratta is Global Head of Blackstone Private Equity Strategies and a member of the firm's Board of Directors and Management Committee. He joined Blackstone in 1998 and moved to London in 2001 to build the firm's European private equity business, and since 2012 has led all of its directly invested private equity strategies from New York. Before Blackstone he worked at Tinicum Incorporated, McCown De Leeuw & Company and Morgan Stanley.

Wayne Berman is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Government Relations, managing political and legislative risk and supporting portfolio companies through a global team. His prior career includes serving as Assistant Secretary of Commerce under President George H.W. Bush, Vice Chairman of Ogilvy and Mather, and Senior Advisor to AON.

Martin Brand is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Blackstone Capital Partners, and sits on several of the firm's investment committees. He has led numerous private equity investments including Refinitiv, Bumble and Ultimate Software. Before Blackstone he was a derivatives trader at Goldman Sachs and a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Kenneth A. Caplan is Global Co-Chief Investment Officer, working with business-unit leaders on firm-level investment oversight, primarily for Real Estate and Credit & Insurance. He joined Blackstone in 1997 and previously served as Global Co-Head of Blackstone Real Estate. Before Blackstone he worked in the real estate investment banking group at Lazard Freres & Co.

Gilles Dellaert is Global Head of Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI). He joined Blackstone in April 2020 and has led Blackstone Insurance Solutions and overseen partnerships with Corebridge, Everlake and Resolution Life. Previously he was Co-President and Chief Investment Officer at Global Atlantic Financial Group, and earlier worked at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.

Joe Dowling is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA), overseeing all of BXMA's investment activities. He joined Blackstone in 2021, having previously led Brown University's endowment as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Earlier he founded Narragansett Asset Management and worked at First Boston and Tudor Investments.

Nicholas Galakatos is Global Head of Life Sciences and Chairman of its Investment Committees. He joined Blackstone in December 2018 when the firm acquired Clarus, where he had been co-Founder and Managing Director since 2005. His earlier career includes serving as a General Partner at MPM Capital and Vice President of New Business at Millennium Pharmaceuticals.

Christopher James is a Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Blackstone's Tactical Opportunities group, and Chairperson of Blackstone Private Equity Strategies (BXPE). He founded Tactical Opportunities in 2012 and previously executed strategic initiatives across asset classes, including the firm's initial public offering and investments in GSO and Strategic Partners.

Jasvinder ("Jas") Khaira is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Blackstone N1 and Blackstone Growth, and Head of Tactical Opportunities Americas. He joined Blackstone in 2004 and established Blackstone N1, the firm's unified platform for growth, hybrid and perpetual private equity investing. Earlier roles included the Private Equity Group and involvement in the firm's IPO and GSO Capital acquisition.

Sean Klimczak is Global Head of Infrastructure. He joined Blackstone in 2005, established the firm's Energy Transition business in 2011 and founded its Infrastructure business in 2017. Before Blackstone he was an Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners and worked in the M&A department at Morgan Stanley.

Nadeem Meghji is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Blackstone Real Estate, overseeing the largest owner of commercial real estate across opportunistic, core-plus and debt strategies. He joined Blackstone in 2008 and previously served as Head of Real Estate Americas.

Thomas R. Nides is Vice Chairman, Strategy and Client Relations, supporting firmwide strategic initiatives and senior client relationships globally. Before Blackstone he served as U.S. Ambassador to Israel from 2021 to 2023, spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley including as Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman, and was Deputy Secretary of State under President Barack Obama.

Verdun S. Perry is Global Head of Blackstone Strategic Partners, one of the world's largest secondary fund managers with over $100 billion of assets under management. He joined Blackstone in 2000 and has chaired the investment committee for each of Strategic Partners' funds since the division's founding.

Paige Ross is Global Head of Human Resources, directing the firm's talent strategy across recruiting, development, evaluation and compensation. She joined Blackstone in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience; previously she was Managing Director of Talent Management at Centerbridge Partners and held senior HR roles at Pfizer, Avon and PepsiCo.

Joan Solotar is Global Head of Blackstone Private Wealth and a member of the firm's Management Committee, leading delivery of institutional-quality alternative products to high-net-worth clients and their advisors. She joined Blackstone in 2007, after senior equity research roles at Bank of America Securities, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

John Stecher is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all aspects of technology across the firm and advising investment teams and portfolio companies. Before Blackstone he was Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at Barclays, and earlier held senior technology roles at Goldman Sachs and IBM.

Rodney W. Zemmel is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of the Blackstone Operating Team, leading operating executives who partner with portfolio companies on value creation across talent, data science, AI, cybersecurity and operational excellence. He joined Blackstone in 2025 after nearly three decades at McKinsey & Company, most recently as Global Leader of McKinsey Digital.
