Fiserv Inc Leadership

Michael P. Lyons has served as Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv since May 2025 and as a director since 2025; he previously served as President and CEO-Elect from January 2025 to May 2025. Before joining Fiserv, he was President of The PNC Financial Services Group and PNC Bank from February 2024, and earlier Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking at PNC.

Gordon M. Nixon joined the Fiserv board in January 2026 as non-executive Chairman. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank of Canada from 2001 to 2014 and currently serves on the boards of BCE Inc., BlackRock, Inc. and George Weston Limited.

Stephanie E. Cohen has served as a Fiserv director since 2025 and is a member of the audit and risk committees. She has served as Chief Strategy Officer of Cloudflare since 2024, after a career at Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2024 in roles including Global Head of Platform Solutions and Chief Strategy Officer.

Henrique de Castro has served as a Fiserv director since 2019 and sits on the nominating and corporate governance and talent and compensation committees. He most recently served as an advisor to Cantor Fitzgerald and was previously Chief Operating Officer of Yahoo! Inc. and a senior executive at Google.

Harry F. DiSimone has served as a Fiserv director since 2018 and is a member of the audit and risk committees. He most recently served as President of Commerce Advisors, Inc. and previously held senior roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its predecessor organizations over more than three decades.

Céline Dufétel joined the Fiserv board in January 2026 and serves on the audit and risk committees. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of Bridgewater Associates since May 2025, and previously was President and CFO/COO of Checkout.com and CFO of T. Rowe Price.

Lance M. Fritz has served as a Fiserv director since 2024 and chairs the talent and compensation committee while also serving on the audit committee. He most recently served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Pacific Corporation and serves on the board of Parker Hannifin Corporation.

Ajei S. Gopal has served as a Fiserv director since 2024 and chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee while serving on the talent and compensation committee. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Procore Technologies since November 2025 and previously led ANSYS, Inc. as President and CEO.

Wafaa Mamilli has served as a Fiserv director since 2021, chairs the risk committee and serves on the nominating and corporate governance committee. She has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Roche since February 2025, after senior technology leadership roles at Zoetis and Eli Lilly.

Gary S. Shedlin joined the Fiserv board in January 2026 as chair of the audit committee and a member of the talent and compensation committee. He has served as Vice Chairman of BlackRock, Inc. since 2023 and was previously BlackRock's Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2023.

Charlotte B. Yarkoni has served as a Fiserv director since 2023 and serves on the nominating and corporate governance and risk committees. She most recently served as President of Commerce, Ecosystems, Cloud & AI of Microsoft Corporation and serves on the board of TransUnion.

Panagiotis (Takis) Georgakopoulos has served as Co-President of Fiserv since December 2025, responsible for the Merchant Solutions business. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from April 2025 to October 2025 and as an Executive Vice President since September 2024. Before joining Fiserv he was Global Head of Payments at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Dhivya Suryadevara has served as Co-President of Fiserv since December 2025, responsible for the Financial Solutions business. Before joining Fiserv she was Chief Executive Officer of Optum Financial Services and Optum Insight at UnitedHealth Group, and previously Chief Financial Officer of Stripe and of General Motors.

Paul M. Todd has served as Chief Financial Officer of Fiserv since October 2025, having joined the company in September 2025 as a Special Advisor. Before Fiserv he was a partner of TTV Capital and earlier senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Total Systems Services, Inc. and Global Payments, Inc.

Adam L. Rosman has served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Fiserv since 2021. Before joining Fiserv he was general counsel of OneMain Financial and previously general counsel of First Data Corporation, and earlier group general counsel of Willis Group Holdings plc.

Kenneth F. Best serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Fiserv, signing the company's Annual Report on Form 10-K in that capacity.

Andrew Gelb assumed the role of Head of the Financial Institutions Group of Fiserv in August 2025, having previously served as Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group.
