Kathy L. Fortmann has served on the PPG board since 2024 and is Chief Executive Officer of Amyris, Inc. since May 2024. She has 35 years of industry experience across the specialty and fine chemicals, food ingredients and agriculture industries, including senior leadership roles at International Flavors & Fragrances, FrieslandCampina and Cargill.

Melanie L. Healey has served on the PPG board since 2016 and is the former Group President, North America of The Procter & Gamble Company. She spent 25 years at P&G (1990 to 2015) in roles culminating as President and Advisor to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with extensive consumer goods, branding and international experience.

Gary R. Heminger has served on the PPG board since 2017 and is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where he worked from 1975 to 2020. He has over 40 years of leadership and financial expertise in a complex petroleum refining, transport, marketing and retail business.

Timothy M. Knavish is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PPG Industries, Inc. since October 1, 2023, and has served on the board since 2022. A PPG employee since 1987, he has held executive-level positions since 2010 across all of PPG's segments in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Michael W. Lamach has served on the PPG board since 2015 and is PPG's Independent Lead Director. He is the retired Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Trane Technologies plc (formerly Ingersoll-Rand), where he led global companies selling diverse products to industrial and consumer customers.

Kathleen A. Ligocki has served on the PPG board since 2020 and is the former Chief Executive Officer of Agility Fuel Solutions, LLC. She has diverse senior leadership experience in the automotive and transportation industry, having led several start-up and early-stage companies as well as Tower Automotive.

Michael T. Nally has served on the PPG board since 2021 and is Chief Executive Officer of Generate Biomedicines, Inc. since March 2021 and a CEO-partner of Flagship Pioneering. He previously spent 18 years at Merck & Co., culminating as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Guillermo Novo has served on the PPG board since 2021 and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ashland Inc. since December 2019. He has over 35 years in the specialty chemicals and specialty materials industry, with prior leadership roles at Versum Materials, Air Products and Dow Chemical.

Christopher N. Roberts III has served on the PPG board since 2023 and is Senior Vice President, Global SH&E (Safety, Health and Environment) of Ecolab Inc. since September 2024. He has held senior leadership roles at Land O'Lakes, Cargill, PepsiCo and The Coca-Cola Company.

Todd M. Schneider was elected to the PPG board effective January 2026 and is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cintas Corporation since June 2021. He has over 35 years of experience with Cintas across sales, rental and document management operations.

Catherine R. Smith has served on the PPG board since 2019 and is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Starbucks Corporation since March 2025. She has led the finance organizations of major companies including Nordstrom, Target and Express Scripts.

Leon J. Topalian was elected to the PPG board effective July 2025 and is Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nucor Corporation since September 2022. He has nearly 30 years of experience with Nucor, the largest and most diversified steel and steel products producer in North America.

Joseph R. Gette has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PPG since January 2026. He previously served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary from June 2022 through December 2025 and as Assistant General Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities from 2018 to 2022.

Vincent J. Morales has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PPG since March 2017 and announced his intention to retire effective July 6, 2026. He previously served as Vice President, Finance; Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer; and Vice President, Investor Relations.

Alisha E. Bellezza has served as Senior Vice President, Automotive Coatings of PPG since March 2024. She joined PPG in 2023 from Chemours, where she served as President, Thermal and Specialized Solutions, and held earlier roles including Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations.

K. Henrik Bergstrom has served as Senior Vice President, Global Architectural Coatings of PPG since May 2023. He previously served as Vice President, Architectural Coatings, Latin America, EMEA and Asia Pacific and as Vice President, Architectural Coatings, Latin America.

Kevin D. Braun has served as Senior Vice President, Operations of PPG since October 2024. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Industrial Coatings Segment; Vice President, Global Industrial Coatings; and Vice President, Industrial Coatings, Americas.

Amy R. Ericson has served as Senior Vice President, Protective and Marine Coatings of PPG since January 2023. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Packaging Coatings, and held leadership roles at SUEZ, General Electric and Alstom SA.

Anne M. Foulkes has served as Senior Vice President, Law and Special Projects of PPG since January 2026 and announced her intention to retire effective August 31, 2026. She previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from September 2018 to December 2025 and in earlier associate general counsel and secretary roles.

Chancey E. Hagerty has served as Senior Vice President, Automotive Refinish Coatings of PPG since May 2023. He previously served as Vice President, Global Automotive Refinish Coatings and as Vice President, Global Industrial Coatings.

Juliane M. Hefel has served as Senior Vice President, Industrial Coatings and Specialty Products of PPG since January 2025. She previously served as Vice President, Specialty Coatings and Materials, and joined PPG in September 2022 from Henkel.

Robert L. Massy has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of PPG since March 2024. He joined PPG from Westinghouse Electric Company, where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, and previously was Global Head of Talent and Development at Weatherford International.

Jamie A. Beggs will join PPG as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective July 6, 2026, upon the retirement of Vincent J. Morales. She has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avient Corporation since August 2020 and serves on the board of International Paper Company.
