Manuel Kadre is Chairman of the Board of Republic Services (Chairman since March 2017, director since June 2014). He is Chief Executive Officer of Kollective Auto Group, a premium luxury retail automotive group, and previously was CEO of a number of beverage, automotive, healthcare and real estate companies. He has served on four public company boards: Republic, NeueHealth, The Home Depot and Mednax.

Ian Craig joined the Republic Services Board in February 2026 and serves on the Audit Committee and the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee. He is Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola FEMSA, Latin America's largest bottling company, with more than 20 years at the company in numerous leadership positions, having led more than $7 billion in M&A across Latin America.

Michael A. Duffy is a director of Republic Services (since July 2020) and serves on the Audit Committee and the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee. He is a seasoned distribution, supply chain and retail executive with over 25 years of experience, recently appointed CEO of Rentokil Initial plc, and previously CEO of OnTrac, FleetPride and C&S Wholesale Grocers.

Thomas W. Handley is a director of Republic Services (since July 2016), chairs the Talent & Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. He is a senior advisor and former COO of Cascade Asset Management Company (the investment office for William H. Gates III and the Gates Foundation Trust) and former President and COO of Ecolab.

Jennifer M. Kirk is a director of Republic Services (since July 2016), chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. She is CEO of Exubrion Therapeutics and was previously Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Medtronic plc, with over 25 years in finance and accounting roles including a long tenure at Occidental Petroleum.

Michael Larson is a director of Republic Services (since October 2009), chairs the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Finance and Talent & Compensation Committees. He is Chief Investment Officer of both Cascade Asset Management Company (the investment office for William H. Gates III) and the Gates Foundation Trust, with a 40-year career as an investor.

Norman Thomas (N. Thomas) Linebarger is a director of Republic Services (since February 2024) and serves on the Audit Committee and the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee. He is CEO, Energy Transformation for General Catalyst and formerly Chairman and CEO of Cummins Inc., where he spent 30 years.

Meg Reynolds is a director of Republic Services (since July 2023) and serves on the Audit Committee and the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee. She is Co-Founder, Principal and Portfolio Manager at Westwood Global Investments, an international and emerging markets investment management firm with $13 billion AUM, and previously held roles at Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investor Services.

James P. Snee is a director of Republic Services (since July 2018), chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance and Talent & Compensation Committees. He is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Hormel Foods Corp., where he worked for over 30 years.

Brian S. Tyler is a director of Republic Services (since April 2021) and serves on the Finance, Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility and Talent & Compensation Committees. He is Chief Executive Officer of McKesson Corporation, where he has spent more than twenty-five years.

Jon Vander Ark is President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Services and a director (since July 2021). He became CEO on June 25, 2021, having joined Republic in January 2013 as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and held roles including EVP Operations, EVP and COO, and President. Prior to Republic he was a partner at McKinsey & Company. He also serves as Principal Executive Officer per the 10-K signature block.

Sandra M. Volpe is a director of Republic Services (since December 2016), chairs the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee and serves on the Finance and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees. She is the former Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Communications and Business Development Solutions at FedEx Ground, with more than thirty years in financial and strategic planning roles.

Katharine B. Weymouth is a director of Republic Services (since October 2018) and serves on the Audit, Finance and Talent & Compensation Committees. She is a Venture Partner with Blu Venture Investors, former COO of FamilyCare, and former Publisher and CEO of The Washington Post.

Brian M. DelGhiaccio, age 52, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in June 2020 (Principal Financial Officer per the 10-K signature block). He has over 25 years with Republic, having served as EVP and Chief Transformation Officer (June 2019), and earlier VP Investor Relations, SVP Finance and SVP Business Transformation. Prior to Republic he worked in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen. He serves on the Board of Directors of Aramark.

Brian A. Bales, age 63, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer in February 2015. He has been with Republic for over 25 years, previously EVP Business Development (Dec 2008-Feb 2015) and VP Corporate Development (1998-Dec 2008). Prior to Republic he held roles at Ryder System, was CFO at EDIFEX & VTA Communications, and an accountant at PwC. He serves on the Board of Directors of RB Global, Inc.

Jeni Bell, age 49, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer in April 2025, overseeing marketing, communications, product development, customer engagement and revenue management. Prior to Republic she held leadership roles at AT&T (SVP performance marketing & platforms and SVP product marketing & sales) and was SVP corporate synergy at WarnerMedia.

Gregg K. Brummer, age 60, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in August 2023, succeeding Timothy E. Stuart. He joined Republic in January 2014 as Area President and served as Senior Vice President, Operations (June 2019-August 2023). Prior to Republic he was a Regional Vice President and General Manager at BlueLinx Corporation and held leadership positions at Georgia Pacific Corporation.

Catharine D. Ellingsen, age 61, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary in June 2016. She has been with Republic for over 25 years, previously SVP Human Resources (2011-2016) and VP and Deputy General Counsel (2007-2011). Before Republic she was an attorney at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and Bryan Cave LLP.

Amanda Hodges, age 53, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer in August 2024, leading the sales organization and customer service team. She previously served as EVP, Chief Marketing Officer (November 2020-August 2024). Prior to Republic she spent 15 years at Dell Technologies (most recently SVP of North America Marketing), was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and a chemical engineer at GE Plastics. She serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance Laundry Holdings.

Courtney Rodriguez, age 52, was named Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2023, responsible for talent strategy including acquisition and retention, learning and development, and total rewards. Prior to Republic she was SVP, Global HR for Dell Technologies (2021-2023) and started her career as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen.

Julia Arambula, age 48, was named Senior Vice President, Operations, Environmental Solutions in August 2024. She joined Republic in 2002 and previously served as SVP Operations in recycling and waste field operations (November 2021-August 2024) and SVP Operations Support (March 2020-November 2021). Prior to Republic she was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen.

Larson Richardson, age 46, was named Senior Vice President, Operations in December 2023, responsible for recycling and waste field operations in the western U.S. and Canada. He joined Republic in 2012 as a General Manager, then Area Vice President for the Southeast Area (2017-2019) and Area President over the Heartland Area (2019-2023). Prior to Republic he was an Area General Manager at Waste Industries USA.

Elyse M. Carlsen, age 37 (as of 2024), was appointed Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer effective March 1, 2024, succeeding Brian A. Goebel. She signs the 10-K as Principal Accounting Officer. With Republic since 2015, she was Director, External Reporting (2019-2024), Senior Manager (2016-2019) and Manager (2015-2016), External Reporting. Prior to Republic she was Manager, Finance & Accounting Projects at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Manager, Deal Advisory and Strategy at KPMG, LLP.
